Free Shipping Promo:
Echangemaker.com offers FREE standard ground shipping via FedEx ground (Fedex Home Delivery does not qulify for Free Shipping) on orders of $300 or more.In Order to take advantage of the free shipping offer include a BUISNESS Adress. Orders that do not qualify for our FREE shipping promotion will still be shipped at a discounted rate. Some products, due to the weight and destination, may require a lift gate. There is a fee for this service that is not covered under the free shipping promo. Please specify if you require this service and one of our representatives will contact you with the quote.
Online orders placed before 2:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday are generally processed and shipped the same day. Online orders received after 2:30 PM EST will usually be processed the next business day. Backordered, drop shipped, custom-made and/or special ordered merchandise may take slightly longer to ship out. In the event of such a delay, you will be notified.
We Ship FedEx, UPS, Freight and USPS:
Most items ship directly from our warehouse, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
We make every effort to keep our shelves stocked full. However, in the rare case that part of your order is out of stock, we will let you know we're shipping the available items immediately and the rest as soon as it becomes available. In some cases when the backordered items are integral to the rest of the order, you have the option of waiting to ship them all together once the backorders come in.
All shipments must be inspected carefully including concealed damage before signing the freight bill. If damage is detected, refuse delivery. If you fail to do this, the carrier may or may not accept a damage claim at a later date. If the later occurs, contact the carrier ASAP and request a damage report and pickup of the damaged goods. Changemaker Corp Customer Service must be notified at
561 471-1008 upon determining that damage has occurred, so that we can help aid you with a claim settlement. We offer a 3 working-day window from the time the package is signed for to the time of reporting.
All shipments must be carefully inspected for shortages upon receipt. Although it's an extremely unusual occurrence, it can happen. We offer a 3 working-day window from the time the package is signed for to the time of reporting. When reporting shortages please have your order number available and contact the Changemaker Corp Shipping Department at 561 471-1008.
To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure of and their warranties before you order. We are staffed with extremely knowledgeable personnel who are well trained in all the products we sell.
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue a RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. RMA’s expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, components, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. On items where shipping and handling is not billed or is free, shipping and handling charges will be approximated to 10% of the regular retail price of merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please inform changemaker within 3 days to get a return label sent to you and receive full replacement of the product or component. After this time period, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance.

Returning Non Inventory Items and Special Order Items:
Most items ship directly from our warehouse. Items that we do not normally stock or special order items will ship directly from the manufacturer. Some of the manufacturers such as American Changer, Hamilton, Rowe, and Standard charge us a restocking fee that you will also be responsible for. To avoid a restocking fee, we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure of and their warranties before you order.
Some Important Notes:
- Changemaker Corp will only take back new and unused items for a full refund.
- It will take one to two business days for the returns department to process the return, and credit back your credit card. The credit back to your credit card usually takes two to three business days to appear on your account statement.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
- All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging will need to be returned in order for Changemaker Corp to process your RMA.
- If FedEx or any other carrier damaged a package, Customer Service must be notified within 3 business days at 561 471-1008 upon determining that damage has occurred, so that we can help aid you with a claim settlement.
